    Established in 1996, Accents of Salado opened its doors on Main Street in Salado, Texas showcasing a unique rustic home decor collection. As Accents of Salado became known for home furnishings and accessories for rustic Texas style homes, homeowners who visited our store from across the state and nation requested a web site that enabled them to shop online. In the year 2000, accentsofsalado.com went online. Popularity of the e-commerce site led to the necessity to relocate Accents of Salado to a larger location complete with a larger showroom, a warehouse and a full-service shipping center.

We find ourselves truly blessed. We are equally blessed with the opportunity to support five favorite charities. Through the admirable work of these organizations we are able to do our small part in helping the less fortunate of our fellow human beings throughout the United States and the world.

    CAPITAL AREA FOOD BANK OF TEXAS
    In its 30th year of service, the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas (CAFB) provides food and grocery products to more than 350 Partner Agencies in 21 Central Texas counties.     Due to overcrowding and lack of funds, many students in Malawi sit on a dirt floor all day.
